Isle of Rum

This magnificent view shows the main road in the Isle of Rum, snaking over the landscape past the hill of Ard Nev (centre), with Bloodstone Hill further to the right. My walk would take me west, ending up at Guirdil just below Bloodstone Hill. Latter hill is named after a particular type of dark reddish stone found there.
