New Year Recipe

Anna and I are going away with a couple of other couples for New Year, and we are going to share the cooking duties.

This is our sample menu - Toad in the hole (with veggie sausages - for Anna), Mashed potato with leek and cheese on top, and cabbage. It was lovely! We need a little gravy when we make it for real, and I'll make a version with meaty sausages. Mmmm meat!
