Woke up bright and early for practice, then got home and took a well deserved nap.

Later tonight, i went to an Islander game (my first) with my dad and grandpa (my grandparents are in town for the weekend). We got some free tickets cause i take an english class through Post and yatayatayata, we gots us some tickets!
About one third of the crowd was from Canada. Apparently, the story is that they lost their team, the nautica nation, or something to that effect, so they came recruiting a team back up to Canada. And honestly, if it weren't for them the game would have probably been really boring. They had seats around half of the stadium behind me in the highest section. When there were five minutes left, they all infiltrated the lowest level, which i though was cool cause they were so loud and cheery and aided in the Islanders scoring a goal in the end. They still lost 5-4 but i very much enjoyed it. :)
