A journey of a thousand miles...

...starts with one step. And fake tan, it seems!

Snapped at Melbourne's Southern Cross Station today while we were waiting for our suburban train back to my friend's house in Yarraville, this girl was obviously heading off - or possibly home - on one of the "intercity" (or as they used to be called, "country") trains that leave from that station.

She did seem a bit lost, as she looked about platform 11 trying to see where to go. Perhaps she was waiting for a friend? Or family? Or lover?

Or maybe she was just looking for a tanning salon.
