Shoppers in The Corridor

We went to Bath today for a wander round the Christmas Market. I didn't blip it as Dai Urnal-Instants posted a lovely photo on 8th December.

As it was such a lovely day, we made the most of it. There are some more photos here.

After yesterday's fun and games with the mincemeat, I'm pleased to report that I've now got all the ingredients in the bowl. It'll stay there for a week, being stirred each day, to let the brandy, lemon and juice from the apples plump up the fruit. Yum!
