Cowboy nutcracker

T and I were bored this morning and he wanted me to paint his face, but wasn't sure as what. We then came up with making him look like his nutcracker. We had plans to go to the Zilker Tree this evening and he wanted to go with his face painted. We soon realized we had nothing, clothing wise, to dress him like the soldier nutcracker, so I suggested a cowboy nutcracker. Here he is, in full costumer, on our way to dinner at Chuy's and then onto the tree.

The Zliker Tree is just lights strung in the shape of a tree and it's a yearly tradition to spin under the tree and watch the lights spin. Kids have a much higher tolerance for the spinning, I got nauseous fairly quickly. Thanks to our good friends who went with us for making it ever more fun!
