MUST BLIP!

It was a dark and rainy night.

The sheepish blipper had just put up a substandard photo from his cellphone taken the day before, and couldn't stand the fact that he didn't do the same photo with the new camera his wife had given him, especially since he even had it with him at the time.

So, out he goes into the rainy night with little prospect for photos except the Christmas lights that he'd been stringing the last few nights. So, with a tripod, the intrepid contraptioneer-cum-blipper stands in the rain making silly exposures, not excepting the exposures of himself and his shiny new camera to the stormy night-time elements!

Still not a stellar photo, but he satisfied his blip-need and can quietly dry off and go to bed, dreaming of how much more cumbersome the old 8X10 view camera had been, and how much more immediate the results are when he's not lugging along a portable darkroom, but can view his photographic results on a little screen on-site.

My, how times have changed!
