Steaming through

Today the Friends of March Railway Station had an event to celebrate the 125th anniversary of the opening of the platforms at March station. I was there manning an art exhibition as part of the event before jaunting off to London for the weekend. The Sir Nigel Gresley passed through the station en route for York, I have a soft spot for steam trains, the smell, the sound, glorious stuff! ;o)
