Cold Comfort

Although I managed to get out at lunchtime for a walk in the daylight it was pretty cold comfort as it was perishingly cold on the beach. Whilst the actual temperature was actually somewhat warmer than the sub-zero temperatures we have been having recently the air was so damp that I was chilled to the bone. I think everyone else must have realised this as I was the only one daft enough to walk on the beach (rather than sit in my car and just admire the view like the others).

Still I can hardly complain as I did get some exercise and plenty of fresh air...rare commodities during the working week at this time of year.
