Looking Up

A busy day today and thinking about my blip. Then I remembered the lovely blue lights that are hung on a neighbours balcony, up a half dozen stories on the building next door. Lovely blue agains the black of the winter evenings. Caught them through the "stripes" of our blinds. Fun.
