Swirling skies

Thought I'd explore some new bits of river today.

The Culm above Broadclyst is much tinier than I expected, but full of interesting little features, the water racing over the gravels and then eddying round in mysterious deep pools. Looks like it'll be a great place to fish in the summer, but with the temperature today it was more like an empty aquarium. Still, it was nice to wave the new rod around for a few hours and watch the sun set.
