Stairs by night.

Edinburgh is built on seven hills (if you believe the myth). As a result it was very much designed for pedestrians. There are little stairways and passages everywhere. This set is at the top of Easter Road, opposite the Regent Pub.

The Regent Pub is closed this evening, apparently the staff are having a night out to see Mother Goose.
