The advent candle

Well, I may have let it burn down to 12 on only the 2nd day of Christmas, but at last the days have caught up and we can burn it again.

No time for a real blip today as the morning was spent tiling the bathroom after an unforeseen damp problem, the afternoon was spent looking at cars after an unforeseen car crash last week and the evening was spent with the mother in law after an unforeseen birthday. Maybe we should have seen that last one coming.....
