Salsa Surfing?

The company I work for runs several different restaurant concepts in businesses, colleges and hospitals. One of those restaurants is Salsa Rico. Seen here is the surfboard sign for Salsa Rico that hangs in the managing director's office. And he has kindly decorated it for Christmas.
