Xmas Pud

This is what happens when you boil dried fruit for 10 hours.... (Oh - and a few generous lugs of the finest cheap dark rum...)

I advise getting your local butcher to grind the suet - makes life much easier.... last year I had to harvest it myself.. Ugh...

Worth the effort though - they are delicious!
