Wintery seahorse

My sister, years ago, went on vacation to some warm and wonderful place and collected tons of sea shells and other wonderful treasures. When she got home, she hadn't a clue what to do with two suitcases of shells and her husband was leaning on her to get rid of them. So for the both sides of their family, she spray painted all the goodies that she'd collected white, and then covered it with glitter. She composed some cutesy little story about Santa helping out with her family gifts and 'blowing' on them to make them frosty so they would glitter like moonlight on snow. Our little family received probably 25 of the little ornaments and we dutifully hang them all, but this little guy is my favorite. I make sure that I hang him in a special place every year.
