The Ankle in Question...

Thought I would a quick ankle update tonight. Its been..well according to blip, two weeks since the incident. This is what it looked like before (here)

You can all make your own mind up, but I think it is getting better.

Getting last minute preparations done before heading off to SOUTH AFRICA for christmas. I couldn't be any more excited.

(I have instantly regretted taking both my shoe and sock off now. My feet smell used.)
