Flapjacks

I like baking. On a Sunday with Gardener's Question Time on the radio - I'm not a gardener, just like the sound of it.

Not so much on a Tuesday night after a really busy day. Churning out stuff for my daughter's school Christmas Party. I was finishing millionaire's shortbread at midnight.

Never again.
