Christmas Ornament

Peg, a good friend of my husband's parents, gave our son this ornament for his first Christmas. He was not even a month old that first holiday, as his birthday is December 1. Every year this ornament has been on our tree. It will be 38 years this Christmas that Peg gave him this ornament, and I don't imagine she ever thought it would be around this long. Ornaments aren't necessarily about decorating the tree. They are about memories.
