Rachel in the snow...

Today's blip features the lovely Rachel - one of my colleagues who works in our Asia Pacific region, and who had lots of nice things to say about my blip journal. She must be a true fan as she was willing to stand in the freezing cold and driving snow while I took some photos of her - thanks Rachel, it's been great to see you this week :)
