First Snowfall
When snow falls on a scene out in the country, it brings up a pale and simplified version of the lines of the place. When it falls on a city, snow usually just makes a mess. Today's mess did not put me through any special trouble. Here I can see only the near skyline but not the downtown buildings, normally very visible about two miles away. The roads are icy and dangerous, and the urban wildlife have a much harder time finding anything to eat.
