Grey rainy day but a golden garden

Never been able to grow marigolds - weird because for some people they are like weeds! But this year they are doing really well and brightening up the garden outside my kitchen window, which is lovely on a grey old day like today.

The purple colour is linaria, which does grow in my garden like a weed but is so pretty I always leave it in wherever it chooses to grow.
