Christmas party on a budget

The Government issued a circular the other day to the effect that all Christmas activities for its agencies were to be cancelled as they could no longer afford it. After some begging for cash and kind from our Board of Directors who hail from private sector firms, we had a budget party this evening which went well. A tight budget leads to significant creativity and I'm not only referring to the decorations captured here.

Note that the Christmas tree is actually a reflection and not the actual position of the tree :)
