Welder Foreman

Just a picture of a local welder foreman working on board our vessel on the armored protection plates. Working for a living in Malaysia means making long days. Nobody complaints, these guys start at 08:30 in the morning and stop at 00:30 in the night. Then half an hour with the boat before they're home. And in the morning the boat leaves again at 08:00.
