The next step....

There are some really interesting debates going on around blip at the moment.

Although I've not participated, and probably won't, they make for interesting reading....

I've been especially interested in the discussions about the spotlight page, comment whores and blippers who deserve more recognition.

At times I've felt some of the frustrations expressed in the debate but for me Blip just mirrors real life where apparently undeserving people succeed and pure genius goes unnoticed.

I've been blipping for 1029 days now and sometimes I find it really difficult and have mentioned it here more than once.

Two particular blippers have made me think hard about my future here.

To be honest I'm a bit fed up with trying to be Inveraray's answer to Colin Prior every day.....apart from anything else it's hard work......so I'm going to chill out a bit and follow those two very sound bits of advice.

I've not been commenting much either lately but it doesn't seem to have affected your kindness and enthusiasm for my shots and for that I am truly grateful.

By the way I have a new Siamese cat who may well feature in quite a few of my "lazy blips".
