Wee Bunny

This wee bunny sits beside our front door which is under a porch type thing. It NEVER snows in there. But this morning even this wee man had copped it. That's when you know how bad it is in Aberdeen, when things like this get some, and the schools CLOSED. Yes closed. I know to the rest of the UK this might sound normal when there's a few flakes of snow. But it's so normal here in Aberdeen to have a LOT of snow, it's usually business as usual. Roads, schools (albeit with a 9:30am start) airport.

Yesterday a fair amount fell (to my knees) which isn't a lot in itself, but it fell so fast that it's taken a wee bit longer to get everything back up. But it is. Buses were moving, airport open after an hour clearing and finally the kids got a snow day. They hear of others, see them on the news where there's not half the snow we get and kids get days off.
