Urban Female Blackbird
Sometimes I think those of us who live in the Country make things difficult for ourselves when photographing garden birds. For me to get this close to a Blackbird in my garden would entail laying low until one inadvertently passed somewhere near to me.
This bird is sitting on a wall in Bedford Town Centre as I park my car, still sitting on the wall as I roll down the window, remains still while I point my camera in it's direction and get a couple of shots. Only then does it move off of the wall to feast in some thick undergrowth at the foot of the wall!
Pity the light was so poor :(
It's an extremely late blip tonight so I going to have to leave commenting until sometime tomorrow.
Nite Nite!
