Usually as a student and under the influence of alcohol....

On the hunt for Christmas Tree decorations for a real tree today! As my usual ploy of using a bucket full of earth to hold the tree up was thwarted by a few feet of permafrost, I ended up buying a German built tree clamp which does the job admirably - the cost can be written off against my pension.

Watched the final of Strictly Come Dancing - I haven't really been watching it but the girl who won it was definitely a beautiful dancer. I'm pleased to report that I didn't watch any X Factor at all :o)
