Freezing

It was bitterly cold when I headed out the house this morning. The temperature was -5, but up at the bridge the wind chill was making it seem a lot colder than that. I'm sure our Alaskan blippers will be laughing at me complaining about temperatures like that, but I really wasn't prepared for the weather. I didn't even have a jumper on under my jacket.

I had visions of my school days when the schools would have been closed ondays like this as the boilers would have frozen.

The one bonus of it all was the fantastic patterns the frost was making everywhere.

If we're going to have to put up with temperatures like that then all I want is snow...
