Friendship Globe

Only 1 person guessed correctly that yesterdays Blip was made from glass, well done Hellonwheels:-)

This is not an xmas bauble but a Friendship Globe. T got it from Tintagel in Cornwall when she went to visit in September. She said it had my name all over it, lol.

These Globes are made by traditional glass blowers at the end of every day in order to use up any glass left over from their work. A tradition which carries on today, said the tiny information tag which accompanied this treasure.

Thank you T for such a stunning Friendship over the last 25 years & this Globe will be a beautiful reminder of our journey so far:-)
