NOT GOOD

I should be in Vienna right now, enjoying a gluhwein on the Xmas market. Didn't quite work out that way.
Got to the airport yesterday, big queue, then KLM said anyone with connecting flights wasn't allowed to leave because Amsterdam is like a refugee camp just now. Fair enough. The options to rebook are simple, phone up, go to the desk, or do it online. Unfortunately online booking doesn't work, no one answers the phone and the queue for the desk yesterday was at 10 hours!!
Another option is to send a direct message via twitter but, they need to follow you to do this, they haven't answered my friend request yet. They have now sent too many messages via twitter so they can't respond directly now.
Facebook is another option but, they seem to be getting over whelmed as well as everyone scrabbles to get to whereever they are going for Xmas.
This is not great.
