Which Blipper?

Swapped my days this week, so at work today. Lovely bright, sunny, cold and crisp day, with a clear blue sky. At lunch I wandered round the hospital garden and saw this wee chap, hanging in the bushes.

Anyone seen Airborneskygod recently? He's shrunk a bit!
