Snow galaxy

Decided to ditch the car today, due to slippery conditions,in favour of a gorgeous wintry walk along my canal to a local train station for a trip into the city centre. Launched a snowball onto the frozen surface to mimic nature's own attempts from the overhead trees and was quite impressed with the almost space like effect it produced.
