First Roast Your Pinenuts

It may be winter outside with more snow than you can shake an eskimo at, by the way we can use the word 'eskimo' again, but in here it's high summer in Northern Italy.

Courgettes in cream parmesan sauce, roasted pinenuts and farfalle,with a salad and a glass of wine on the side.

I know we should be eating root vegetables and chard but sometimes you just want a wee change.



phew! I must remember to turn the central heating down - it's like an oven in here!
