Christmas Cake & Scotch Bun

Made by me as gifts, these are individual cakes, about 3cm square by 7cm tall. The hardest part was actually lining the individual tins for the Scotch Bun, sometimes called Black Bun, which is like christmas cake baked in pastry and eaten on New Years Eve.

Of course we had to try one of each today to be sure that we would not poison anyone.
