Well tonight Fabio made the fire and together with friends from Rome we have cooked local meat inside.
Let's not forget the bruscetta.
Even if the fire is finished its real hot inside the oven and if you like you could cook cakes ect. still inside.
It's too late for baking now even if it would be worthy, because the taste of food cooked in a wood oven is unique.
