Still cleaning
Today I was still cleaning, tackling the north face of Clothes Mountain - the pile of oft worn clothes that I've got into the habit of piling on a big footrest type of thing that sits under the window in the bedroom. Hours later I was still at it, although the job had extended to a bit of painting, having popped out briefly to take the pinhole cameras for a walk along to the old Rosyth churchyard. Nice to get it done, I must say. It now looks more like the bedroom of grown-ups rather than a teenage hovel. It was also nice to listen to Radio 4 for the afternoon. Not only Just a Minute but the strange programme about some woman who wrote a poem whose name I can't remember. See. You can just let it wash over you.
In other news, I found a way to make the 5x4 sheets more economical. In one tank - two sheets of 5x4. In another one (or preferably two but the tank big enough to take two has the sheets in it) roll of 120 film. Develop the sheets and then instead of pouring the developer away, pour it into the second tank and develop the 120. Works a treat.
