Slow food

We went to a Slow Food San Diego dinner at a trattoria near our house with my mom. It was delish..,\ eight courses of handcrafted food made with locally grown ingredients... But they weren't kidding about the slow factor. The meal too almost 4 hours!!

Here the chef is showing us the pulsating ALIVE sea urchins he's about to cook up and toss with sone gluten free pasta. That was actually pretty gross but apparently it's an aquired taste.
