Torrential Rain

Every afternoon it rains over here, not an ordinary rainshower like we are used to, but a massive curtain of solid water coming down for at least an hour. For our welders on deck it is impossible to go on, welding with water flooding around your feet is not a good combination. Or in our safety language: something our SIMOPS matrix will not permit. (SIMOPS = Simultaneous Operations)

Talking about safety; check these guys working on a material barge. The problem with safety in general is not your own level of safety awareness, but to synchronise it with the level of your subcontractors or clients.
