Winter Solstice

The weather south of Granada is also very weird. No one has made the connection between the solstice and the lunar eclipse which virtually coincide.

STOP PRESS >>>>>>The combined solstice and eclipse phenomenon has not occurred since 1638. It will happen tomorrow morning at 6.33am in the United Kingdom and by 7.41am it will be total. You will have 20 minutes to view. It could be a copper red colour, look at the western horizon, it will be a slightly longer view from Scotland. The next ext time this happens is 2094 and so as I will be dead then I am setting my alarm clock!
