Apparently it's warmer in Australia at this time of year?

It's a question I've asked myself numerous times whilst waiting for the feeling to return to my fingers and toes. Having finally made it home today, I resisted the temptation to upload a photo of the white-out that was supposedly roads, fields and sky on my drive home. Spent quite a while watching my once black and white dog (now entirely black) digging holes and ripping up turf in the garden, I think at one point whilst snapping away I may actually have been invited to join in, needless to say I stayed clear, despite the barks of encouragement from dog number 2!
