Empowerment

This impressive 17m tall sculptured arch over River Witham in the centre of Lincoln was erected to celebrate the Millennium. Designed specifically for The City of Lincoln by Stephen Broadbent it is a reflection of the rich engineering heritage of the City. The sculpture, funded by private sponsorship, was installed in January 2002.
