This is Ivan

He used to reside on the porch outside Chris and Evanna's house. In fact if you look closely in the link you can see him in his former home. Roz loved him and inherited him as an early Christmas/birthday present and he now resides in our hall.

He's not a proper gargoyle of course since they took their name from the noise they made as the water they were designed to prevent running down the side of buildings poured out of their mouths. They were made to look hideous as they were supposed to ward off evil spirits, but I reckon they only work against the evil spirits of water based erosion.

Personally I reckon the addition of my daughters Hibs scarf makes him even more hideous.
