Holiday baking extravaganza - Day 3: Linzer Tarts, Alfajores and Christmas Noels. I was also tempted to make Mexican Wedding Cookies because I wasn't too happy with how the Peanut Butter Blossoms from yesterday turned out. But I refrained and can hopefully relax for the rest of the night after baking for 3 straight days. I was also crazy enough to keep count...559 cookies in all, and a partridge in a pear tree.
