This is Rocko again, he has to be restrained everytime the electric meter reader comes.... it's a good thing the bill is on the average consumption as the say... or I'll be having second thoughts... hehehe... naughty,naughty.. I am just kidding...

Actually we like the electricity man, he rings the door bell and request for us to open the back door which is always closed, for fear of tresspassers..
.. other ones, they wouldn't even bother to inform you that they were there they'll just bill you whatever then you can't complain because you are suppose to have the meter accesible at all times for reading ...or no dogs on the loose...
