peg 'n gran 'n reindeer

peggy met santa today at nursery and by coincidence one of his reindeer has been eating the bird food from my mum's bird table. the reindeer must have wandered off from the others in search of food while santa was visiting local nurseries...he really should keep them under control - you just can't get the elves these days. but just incase it comes back, peggy and gran put a basin of apples out for it.

it wasn't that long ago that my mum would suddenly run screeching out of the patio doors to chase the deer away from her trees because they were eating the bark - usually while one of us were mid-sentence. now she's putting apples out for them...maybe they've finished the bark...or maybe she's employed by santa...

I finished work today...woohoo - I'm free to do what I want any old time (as long as it fits in with what the kids want to do...doh!)
