Len's Birthday Celebration

Today was a Women's Christmas brunch at the church and so it was nice to start the morning hanging out with friends and hearing about the history of some of the popular Christmas carols.

I headed home afterwards to start a Mexican Fiesta in honor of my brother-in-law, Leonard's, birthday. I made chicken enchiladas, pinto beans and spanish rice. My father-in-law joined us as well as my nephew Lenny. It was a nice evening hanging out with family.
