Christmas cooking

On Christmas Eve on Polish table there have to be "pierogi" or/and "uszka" - dumplings with filling from sauerkraut and forest mushrooms. "Uszka" have specific shape (see photo).
And since there are traditionally 12 dishes during Christmas Eve dinner no wander one has to start preparing them few days before
;)
This year we have dinner with our friends so I'm preparing only 4 dishes ;)
