Cold

After the awful weather of recent days I managed the trek north from Kent to my parents near Sheffield. Spent most of the day doing pre-Christmas errands such as food shopping, securing a selection of wines for the coming festivities and decorating the Christmas cake. I did however find some time in between the snow flurries to take some pictures of my parents garden. Here is a plant still looking nice, healthy and green despite being covered in the cold frosty snow. I felt like the plant was doing a far better job than me of surviving in the bitterly cold afternoon! Respect to Mother Nature.
