Burst

Ken called. It's not sold. He's wondering if we still want to rent. I told him I'll call him back tomorrow. We need to decide if we want to even try to deal with him at all again.

The easy answer is no, we can't trust him. But there's the back of my mind saying it might work out and I'd regret if we didn't give it once more chance. It could be quite a while until we come across another place like it.

Blah. I don't even want to think about it. A crazy time of year to try to do stuff like this......

All I want for Christmas.......is an honest landlord.
